Product: officejet 6500a plus E710n-z
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi i have seen a few posts about the touch screen only partly working on this printer and people have suggested a hard reset, done with no effect, and a firmware update. I have downloaded the firmware however the printer already has this installed and I cannot get the printer to reinstall it. I believe this to be the problem and want to reinstall the firmware. How do I do this.
