HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer

After several attempts of trying to reestablish printer connection. It says I am offline. I used the HP printer troublesooter. I spent 4 hours deleting, adding, and everything else I can think of with no positive outcome. Card info is up to date.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your HP ENVY 6055e All-In-One Printer. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot and resolve the offline issue.

 

Check Hardware Connections:

  • Ensure that all cables are securely connected to the printer and the computer.
  • If you are using a wireless connection, make sure the printer is connected to the Wi-Fi network.

Restart Devices:

  • Restart both your computer and the printer. This can sometimes help in resolving connectivity issues.

Printer Status:

  • Check if there are any error messages on the printer's display panel. Resolve any issues indicated there.

Printer Settings:

  • Open the control panel on your computer and navigate to Devices and Printers (or Printers & Scanners).
  • Right-click on your HP ENVY 6055e printer and make sure it is set as the default printer.

Reinstall Printer Drivers:

  • Uninstall the printer drivers from your computer and reinstall them. You can download the latest drivers from the official HP website.
