After several attempts of trying to reestablish printer connection. It says I am offline. I used the HP printer troublesooter. I spent 4 hours deleting, adding, and everything else I can think of with no positive outcome. Card info is up to date.

Hi @Spawn22,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your HP ENVY 6055e All-In-One Printer. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot and resolve the offline issue.
Check Hardware Connections:
- Ensure that all cables are securely connected to the printer and the computer.
- If you are using a wireless connection, make sure the printer is connected to the Wi-Fi network.
Restart Devices:
- Restart both your computer and the printer. This can sometimes help in resolving connectivity issues.
Printer Status:
- Check if there are any error messages on the printer's display panel. Resolve any issues indicated there.
Printer Settings:
- Open the control panel on your computer and navigate to Devices and Printers (or Printers & Scanners).
- Right-click on your HP ENVY 6055e printer and make sure it is set as the default printer.
Reinstall Printer Drivers:
- Uninstall the printer drivers from your computer and reinstall them. You can download the latest drivers from the official HP website.
Check Printer Queue:
- Open the print queue to see if there are any pending print jobs. Clear any stuck print jobs.
Firewall and Antivirus:
- Disable your firewall and antivirus temporarily to check if they are blocking the printer communication. If this resolves the issue, you may need to adjust the settings of your security software.
Update Firmware:
- Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer on the HP support website. Update the firmware if needed.
Reset Network Settings:
- On the printer, navigate to the network settings and reset the network configuration. Then, reconnect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.
HP Print and Scan Doctor:
- Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool from the HP website. This tool can help identify and fix common printing problems.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
