hello, im just trying to diagnose a printer that i received today. It says the printerhead is not connected etc, and im also trying to connect it to the wifi. I disassembled, cleaned. reassembled and readjusted it and it still doesnt work. I saw on google that the printer may need an update to fix it (the printerhead error code) but I was trying to connect it to a wireless network in order to do so. I put in the password off the router and i checked three times to see if it was correct and it still didnt connect (i think it said the WPS or WPA was wrong something like that.
