Hi @usarmyvet

You may need to download template from Avery and then open in Word.

I am using the Avery template for label 5230 within Word. I changed the printer settings to indicate a label size of 4x6. However, when I attempt to print, the printer display issues a message "the paper size detected by the printer does not match paper size selected (letter 8.5x11) for the print job" and the print job is canceled.  Any ideas on what I need to do?
