Welcome to HP Support Forums. 🙂 I came across your post and would like to help.
I understand that you have an HP Photosmart 5515 e-All-in-One Printer. I read that post repairing your laptop, your printer does not connect. When you try to enter the printer's IP address on your laptop, it says it is unable to match the IP address. Not worry, I'll do my best to help you.
Ideally, during the installation, it should automatically find the printer. However, I recommend you to perform the following steps to isolate the issue and arrive at a fix:
Please perform the steps mentioned under "Step 3: Reset the printer and check the connection status" from this HP article.
Now, run the wireless setup wizard on the printer. The following steps will help:
Once the printer is has detected the wireless network and connected to it, let us uninstall the printer drivers and reinstall them. Please follow the steps from this link to uninstall the drivers.
You may download and install the drivers from this link.
I sincerely hope this fixes the issue. Keep me posted. Good luck! 🙂
