Hi,

 

I've been unable to enable Scan to Computer on my ScanJet Pro N4000 snw1, using MacOS 12.4.  I've downloaded and installed and re-installed the HP Easy Scan and HP utility app twice now and still unable to enable this function.  It seems the main issue is with the computer detecting the scanner.  I have the USB cable connected since I can't even get my macbook to find/connect to the scanner via wireless connectivity.  The scanner itself says that it is connected to my wireless network, however.  Any help/advice would be appreciated.
