I have a new HP ENVY Inspire and i reach the point where the HP east start starts to install but when I try to login ( created a password already) it comes back with an error message.  I have the spinning circle running on the easy start window and nothing is happening.

Verify Login Credentials: Ensure that you are entering the correct username and password if prompted to log in during the installation process. Verify that your password meets any requirements specified, such as length or character type.

 

Restart Application: Close the HP Easy Start application and restart it. Sometimes, this can resolve temporary glitches.

 

System Reboot: Restart your computer to clear any temporary cache or running processes that may be causing a conflict with the installation.

 

Disable Firewall/Antivirus Temporarily: Sometimes, firewall or antivirus settings can block parts of the installation process. Try temporarily disabling them to see if it resolves the issue. Ensure that you re-enable these protections after the installation is complete.
