Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

trying to install M209dw laserjet but it wants to install webview2 runtime, it starts this but then fails to install this component and says system does not meet installation requirements, is there a way to install this printer without this... all the available windows updates have been installed

the info says it is compatible with Win7 which is why i bought it

Kindly refer to the steps on this link to setup your printer using HP smart app.

 

OR

 

Refer to the steps on this link to set it up using windows built in drivers and let me know if that resolves the issue
