Hi @George1784,

I'd like to help!

I understand you are receiving a "THIS VOLUME DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS UPDATE" Error when installing drivers.

Try the below suggestions-

Run the HP Uninstaller tool or delete HP folders from the computer.

  1. Click Finder.

  2. In the menu bar, click Go > Applications, and then open the HP or Hewlett Packard folder.

  3. Double click HP Uninstaller, and then follow the instructions to complete the uninstall. If HP Uninstaller is not in the folder, continue with these steps.

  4. Click and drag the HP or Hewlett Packard folder to the Trash icon in the Dock.

  5. In the menu bar, click Go > Go to Folder, type /Library/Printers, and then click Go.

    The Printers folder opens.

  6. Click and drag the HP or Hewlett Packard folder to the Trash icon in the Dock.

  7. Restart the Mac.

  8. Right-click or Ctrl + click the Trash icon, and then select Empty Trash to complete the uninstall.

Then install the HP Easy Start

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
