Hi @George1784,
I'd like to help!
I understand you are receiving a "THIS VOLUME DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS UPDATE" Error when installing drivers.
Try the below suggestions-
Run the HP Uninstaller tool or delete HP folders from the computer.
-
Click Finder
.
-
In the menu bar, click Go > Applications, and then open the HP or Hewlett Packard folder.
-
Double click HP Uninstaller, and then follow the instructions to complete the uninstall. If HP Uninstaller is not in the folder, continue with these steps.
-
Click and drag the HP or Hewlett Packard folder to the Trash icon in the Dock.
-
In the menu bar, click Go > Go to Folder, type /Library/Printers, and then click Go.
The Printers folder opens.
-
Click and drag the HP or Hewlett Packard folder to the Trash icon in the Dock.
-
Restart the Mac.
-
Right-click or Ctrl + click the Trash icon, and then select Empty Trash to complete the uninstall.
Then install the HP Easy Start
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
