Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have already posted this and have been trying to reply and when I click on the reply button I am taken to the support home page and cannot reply yo the person that is trying to help me, What do I do to reply??????

The Support agent is Betty0610

I want to tell her that the information she sent me did the trick and the problem is gone
