Hi @Curley3,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

We’ll be glad to help. Please clarify what you want to deactivate:

  • Cancel an HP Instant Ink subscription
  • Cancel an HP All-In Plan for Print subscription
  • Remove the printer from your HP account
  • Disable HP Web Services
  • Stop using or disconnect the printer

Please also provide the printer model and the exact message or option you see. Do not share the printer serial number, account details, or payment information publicly.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
