I am trying to set up my printer. I downloaded the complete set up file. When I execute the file in starts unzipping fine until it gets to 71% then stops, If I wait long enough it give a unable to unzip error. I have downloaded at least 6 times with the same results. ????

Hello @BillA6 ,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Sometimes there are problems with the download.
Download only this software package: HP LaserJet Pro P1100, P1560, P1600 Series Full Feature Software and Driver
File name: hp_LJP1100_P1560_P1600_Full_Solution-v20180815-50157037_1.exe (157.4 MB)
Check in the browser that the download was completed without errors.
And open Explorer:
corresponds 157.3 MB.
If the file was downloaded correctly, then
- Close all app´s
- open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo > in folder Downloads double-click on the EXE to start the installation.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hi @BillA6,
If the suggested steps above does not help please also try downloading the drivers using another web browser software (such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge).
I would also recommend making sure that you have sufficient free space on your operating system drive (C drive), Click on Windows Explorer icon and then select This PC, there review the free harddisk space of C drive, if there is no much free space please free some space on your PC, the installation and the printer process itself require about 2GB of free harddisk space available.
