Hi @Aranyaaa ,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP account may need to be updated or synced with your printer. Here are some steps to resolve the issue:

Sign into HP App: Open the HP app on your computer or mobile device and sign in to your HP account. Ensure that the account details are correct.

Check HP Account Status: Go to the HP Account website and sign in to make sure there are no issues with your account, such as expired subscriptions or billing issues.

Update Printer Firmware: Check for any available firmware updates for your HP LaserJet M110we. Sometimes, updating the printer's firmware can resolve account-related issues.

Reconnect Printer to HP Account:

  • On your printer's control panel, navigate to the settings and disconnect from your HP account.
  • Reconnect the printer to your HP account, ensuring it is linked properly.

Reinstall Printer Drivers: If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the printer drivers on your computer. You can download the latest drivers from HP’s website.

Verify Instant Ink or Other Services: If you're enrolled in HP Instant Ink or another subscription service, ensure that there are no issues with your service that could be causing the problem.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

I have done all the options also with my account right, what the result is I have to press the info button on the printer first and then the printer it, I have unplugged and reconnected but no result only the info button on the printer to print a test page and then the printer works.

@Aranyaaa, Thank you for your response. I see that you are encountering the error OW_4XX_OWSWS00001

Let’s try the following steps to resolve this issue:

Check HP Server Status: Sometimes, this error occurs due to temporary server issues. Please visit the HP Status Page to check if there are any ongoing service disruptions.

Re-login to HP  App:

  • Sign out of your HP account in the HP  app.
  • Close the app and restart your device.
  • Sign back in and check if the issue persists.

Reconnect the Printer to HP Account:

  • On the printer control panel, navigate to Setup > Printer Settings > Restore Factory Defaults (if applicable).
  • Reconnect the printer to your HP account through the HP  app.

Reset the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for 60 seconds.
  • Plug it back in, turn it on, and try printing again.

Check Network Connection: Ensure your printer is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network and not switching between multiple networks.

If the issue continues, please let me know, and I’d be happy to assist further.

I did everything exactly as you told me but it does select the printer on the PC but it doesn't add it to my HP App account and I entered everything exactly right, when I press the info button on the printer it gives this page and then I can print but I have to print that test page first or it won't do it.   www.hpapp.com
