using printer with my 4g

Hi ! 

I bought the Hp deskjet 2710 and i don't have any wifi box in my house because i use my 4g. The problem is that i don't understand how to use my printer. 

I installed  apps ( hp smart and plugin app ), when i want to print a doculent from my phone via the app, it asks me to connect to the printer wifi, i do it and then it says to me that "this wifi spot doesn't have a internet access" then the app still tell me to configure my wifi access. 

I really don't understant how this printer works. 

Don't hesitate to ask me some precisons ( my english might be quiet awful to read ) and thanks for your help !

I completed with "hp deskjet 2710" is that correct or wrong thing ?
