OK - we get it. Flash player is no longer viable. Though HP is not giving us anyway to even view our Ink levels?

What's with this?

Who's bright sole at HP who would rather force most of there users to buy a printer elsewhere, because they NEVER considered this would be helpful if/when Flash vanished....like this year!!??

Well HP - you lost me forever!!! ....unless you have a solution for all of us to at least view our ink levels on our older printers which are not network connected.

thanks a bunch!

Thanks

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.

Thank you for your reply from HP Corporate.

Though as of today - I've still not been contacted by HP to provide my printer, OS, etc details, as you suggested I would.

Bottomline is - providing these specifics to HP do not make any difference re this situation.

ALL HP printer products which used HP Solution Center (HP-SC) (to view ink levels) have ALL been affected by the loss of Adobe Flash.

HP MUST repsond with some method to use either an upgraded HP-SC program, or an all-new program (app) which can be installed & used on Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 or 10.

thank you for your time

Ok, I've been contacted. Though your own employee is requesting I respond via social media. I choose not to use this method.

Plz have an HP employee response in detail, specifically to my complaint.

Beating around the bush is not going to fix this issue. Not is it fair to me and your other thousands of crusty with same issue at hand.

Thanks
