Cannot connect to EWS, message on the printer says could not connect to Web services.
Is it to do with the wireless tab, network address ipv4/6 where there are no details shown. Very confused with all the number strings on this tab?
Can you help

Hi @davidn11
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you. Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:
- Make sure the printer and the MAC are connected to the same wireless network.
- Either 2.4GHz or 5GHz network
- If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both the networks.
Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the computer.
Update the printer firmware
On the printer screen, go to Setup > printer maintenance > Update the printer
Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
Also, check if the date and time on the printer are correct. You can update it on the printer screen under Setup > Preferences > Date and time.
If the issue persists, perform step 4 from this document.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
