please can someone help me with an answer to this question?

i have a a new hp printer and they told me that i could get my old printer recycled, but i need to email them but the only email address i have is an non-return email address or a link to cancel this recycling of old printers.

i urgently need t talk to them so its easier to write being disabled.

can the community help please as i have no more space for all the windows trying to find answer 20 and counting?

why is it so hard to get any email address for HP?
