There is no precise way to answer this question -- we don't know anything about your printer - not even the model name.
Two of the more common reasons for the product support pages not opening, not found, not usable:
- The source of the issue is the fault of the browser -- bad / no Internet connection, corrupt cookies / cache - something not related to the printer home page.
- Retired Product - that is, the printer is so old that it is no longer supported and all the HP website support for it is gone.
Is your HP Product “vintage? (Ten years of age or older)
Typically, HP stops supporting consumer products after ten years. Read the policy and find out if your HP device is on the list. “EOL”
