Hi BAM,

your HP Envy Photo 7855 is definitely compatible with the Instant-Ink service.

To register, go to the official site of HP Instant Ink and choose "Sign Up" --> "HP ENVY Photo" --> "HP ENVY Photo 7850 Series".

Kind Regards,

Nils_K

@1bam,

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂 I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers. For you to have the best experience on the HP forum, you could also visit our HP Forums Guide for First Time Here? Learn How to Post and More. I see from your post you are having issues enrolling your Printer into the Instant ink program. Don't worry we're here to help you.

As you have mentioned in your post that you have purchased a HP Envy 7855 printer and this printer is not listed in the list of eligible printers. However, this printer falls under HP Envy 7850 Series, so you can choose HP Envy 7850 Series while enrolling your printer.

Here's the list of eligible printers: https://instantink.hpconnected.com/us/en/ (Click on Check to see if your HP printer works with Instant Ink ▸)

I would suggest you can go through this support document for -  HP Printers - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink
