Let me take a moment to thank you for posting on the HP Support Forums.

I understand that you have an HP Officejet Pro 6830 e-All-in-One Printer and it does not work post the Windows 10 update. Not worry, I'll do my best to help you.

To provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Is the printer connected to a wireless network and unable to print from the computer?
  • Is the printer able to make a copy? If yes, then it indicates that the printer's hardware is fine.

If the printer isc= connected in a wireless network and is not printing anymore then please perform the following steps to fix the issue:

  • Please download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor software. This is a free tool for Windows to help resolve issues with the printer drivers.

If the issue persists then let us retore the network settings:

1. From the printer control panel, touch Setup.

2. Touch Network Setup.

3. Touch Restore Network Settings.

4. A message appears stating that the network defaults will be restored. Touch Yes.

5. Print the network configuration page and verify that the network settings have been reset.

Now run the wireless setup wizard on the printer:

1. From the printer control panel, touch Setup.

2. Touch Network Setup.

3. Touch Wireless Settings.

4. Touch Wireless Setup Wizard

This will make the printer connect to the wireless network.

I sincerely hope this fixes the issue. Keep me posted. Cheers! 🙂
