Product: office deskjet 6500

can anyone please advse me? when i try to connect to wireless the screen displays message  to remove ethernet cable, yet none are connected ? please offer any solution . thank you

Do you get the same error when trying to print from both the Laptops?

 

You have mentioned the printer model as Office Deskjet 6500. Since both Deskjet and Officejet printers have the 6500 series, please provide me with the complete printer model
