HP Recommended

I have an all in one HP desk top computer a couple of weeks old and it has a wireless keyboard and mouse. When I print on a normal printer its fine but if I print on a label printer it disconnects the keyboard & mouse. The label printer company have looked at it and it and it's not that. HP have had it back then said it's fixed but it isn't and they have said that they would change the computer but you try and get any help, absolutely terribly customer service, can anyone help please?
