I have already checked for updates, none are available. When printing from the "quick forms" on my printer, it works perfectly fine. I have done all the reset options, diagnostic options, and have even tried changing the print settings from my computer itself, but it will not print any of the documents I have on my computer, or anything I try to print from my phone.
The printer simply feeds the necessary amount of pages through but there is nothing on these pages. No drips, smudges, or anything.

Hi @Jovanah,
I'd like to help!
To better assist you - Does the copy print out the same way?
While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -
Load plain paper into the input tray.
On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup.
Touch Tools, and then touch Print Quality Report.
Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.
You may also refer to this document with steps to fix " Print Quality Issues" issue applicable for your printer - Print Quality Issues
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
