Got printer in end of 2017. I moved in 2018. I just tried to hook up my printer, and it will not print, copy, or scan. It says HP INSTANT INK PROBLEM. CONTACT HPINSTANTINK.COM.I just put new ink and paper in my printer, and still nothing. I called HP customer service, and they wanna charge me $99 to fix the problem. She said there's nothing wrong with my printer or mobile phone, that it's the drivers need updating.  I don't have $99 to fix my printer! HELP!

I already bought a new black n white ink cartridge from Walmart 2 days ago, but couldn't print still. So I un- enrolled in the house instant ink. But it's still telling me I can't print unless I'm enrolled in the house instant ink! WTH?  I would rather buy my own ink! I DO NOT WANT TO BE WNROLLED! I paid for my printer, and I own it! NOW I CANT PRINT NOTHING UNLESS IM ENROLLED IN THEIR INK PROGRAM?

Thanks for replying. You should not be getting the error when regular ink cartridges are installed.

I'd suggest try removing and re-enabling the web services -

1) From the printer control panel display, touch ( ePrint ), and then touch (Web Services Settings).
2) Touch Remove Web Services.
3) Touch Yes.

4) Restart the printer.

5) From the printer control panel display, touch HP Printables.
6) Touch Enable Web Services, and then touch Yes.
7) Touch Accept to accept the Web Services terms of use and enable Web Services.
8) In the Auto Update screen, touch Yes to allow the printer to automatically check for and install product updates.

9) When the printer is connected to the server, the printer prints an information page. Follow the instructions on the information page to finish the setup.

Install the regular ink and try printing.

Let me know.
