so I got a new printer that was ex demonstrating and was told it never got used even though it was plugged in and switched on. when I took it home I saw the Usage Report and saw it has been used. also the ink that came with the printer was empty too... looked at Manufacturer warranty and it says its expired. where do I stand with this. can I reset the Manufacturer warranty by sending the till receipt ?
A used product from the display is sold as is, any warranty is provided by the manufacture date only and any proof of purchase will not be applicable, as a manufacturer warranty is intended for new products only.
For any issue, I suggest going back to the retailer.
