Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had to reset my computer as I was having serious issues. I lost all of my apps including the hp soultion center software. My j4680 all in one printer is still connected and recognized. I would like to restore my hp solution software. When I insert the original CD to try and reinstall, the only option I get is to exit. It says to click install, but there is no button. My original product software is for windows 7, version 13 for the J4680. any help is appreciated

It may have new name called HP Printer Assistant now. Please download and install

Hi,

If the printer is connected with a USB unplug the cable first.

 

From the Device Manager open Devices and Printers, right click any instanse of the printer and select Remove Device.

 

Next download and install the latest Windows 10 software for your printer below:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/COL31050/mp-109973-3/OJ_AIO_J4600_Full_Win_WW_140_408-5.exe
