I have a brand new 150nw printer.
Connected via network cable everything works quite well. The printer's web server can be maintained via it's web interface. Printing woks well from my PC.
Now connecting via wifi. Wifi network connection has been established via WPS, i.e. the blue wifi led is lit steadily blue. The printer is also registered in my router. The printer is located next (distance 3ft) to the network router.
However the printer is labeled "offline" in the printer driver. Even pinging it from a command line shell just returns timeouts. Opening the web interface runs into network timeout.
Successfully updated the firmware to V3.82.01.11 did not solve the problem in wifi network.
I'll appreciate any helpful advice.

@DUSGER, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I see that the printer is not connected to the router correctly. Hence the ping test fails and the driver says the printer is offline.
- Restart the router, the printer, and the computer
- Make sure the printer and the computer are connected to the same wireless network. Either 2.4 or 5GHz network.
- If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both networks.
Now, try to ping or access the EWS page of the printer.
Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.

Hi Kumar0307,
Your suggestions worked. However I don't know which one of the actions was responsible -best guess seems that the restart of the router did the job.
Thank you very much. Your help is much apreciated.
