Reference: HP DeskJet 4222e. I'm attempting to set up the printer to my PC and have a message stating that I'm trying to connect to a 5GHz network when the printer requires a 2.4 GHz network. There is no visible means of changing to 2.4GHz on the router which is a TalkTalk provision. How can I get my printer working? Thank you in advance.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
Your HP DeskJet 4222e requires a 2.4 GHz network for wireless connectivity, and it seems your router is defaulting to 5 GHz.
Here are some steps to help you resolve this:
Enable Dual-Band Mode:
- Look for an option to enable dual-band mode, which allows the router to broadcast both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks simultaneously.
- Ensure the 2.4 GHz band is enabled and has a unique network name (SSID) to distinguish it from the 5 GHz band.
- If you cannot access or modify the router settings, contact TalkTalk for assistance. They can guide you through enabling the 2.4 GHz band.
