Product: HP Envy 5010
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur
I have an HP Envy printer and a new MacBook Pro, running Mac OS Monterey. My MacBook is unable to print using the Envy,
- It is attached to the same Wifi network
- I can print to it using this network from iphone and Android phones
- I have tried resetting the print system and reinstalling, but MacBook insists printer is offline (it isn't) and so fails to install
- HP Utility fails to connect to the device
- HP Smart just crashes!
- Unable to connect using IP address
- Have rebooted MAcBook and printer
Anyone any suggestions?
Graham
