Product: deskjet 2700

Hi I have just been setting up my new 2700 series printer, all went well but I have a symbol for wireless error. The info print out says i am connected to the network but not to the internet but we I check web services it says im connected. I can not get rid of this error no matter what, I have re installed, updated firmware the lot - nothing works

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I am glad to assist you with the connectivity issues, follow these steps to fix the issue.

Restore the network settings on the printer

Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel together for three seconds.

 

Follow the steps mentioned on page number 21 in this user guide to connecting the printer to the router:- Click here
