HP DeskJet 2710e All-in-One Printer

I initially installed this a couple of months ago, seemed to work fine but now it has just randomly stopped working - the wifi sign on the printer shows connected, via the HP smart app, it shows the printer is ready to print with a green tick but will not print anything - occasionally I get a message saying it needs to optimise to print and to click but nothing happens when I do - I have tried to install it onto my windows 11 HP laptop and it doesn't even pick up the printer - all devices use the same wifi. It printed 3 different information pages , 2 say it is not connected to a network, 1 says it is but not connected to the internet. Pressing information and resume at the same time does nothing, wireless and information prints out the information page. I have pulled the cable from the back, left it a few minutes and plugged it back directly to the mains, nothing changes.

Please help

Hi @Paulasx,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I understand that you are facing connectivity issues. I’d like to help!

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only.

Update Firmware by selecting the current version of your OS.

You may also refer to this document and perform the steps and see how it goes.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
