I'm setting up my HP 3755 for the first time and am using the HP Smart app.   (iphone14, on iOS 17.0.3)  The wifi button is a solid blue but when I look on my phone's Wifi network, I don't see the "HP Setup...." wifi network.  

 

How do I get that network to show up on my advice so I can connect and finish the install?

Solid blue on the printer is a sign that the printer is connected to a wireless network you need to connect your smart device to the same wireless network and run the HP Smart.
