Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

Deskjet 3755
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I installed the printer; all the relevant lights are on and not blinking.  The "Smart" app says the printer is online and working, and the diagnostic says there is nothing wong with the printer.  It will not print.

Okay, so I solved the problem:  I had the wrong 3700 picked from the drop-down.  The printer at the top of the list is the USB 3700, which of course is not connected.  I wish that would indicate in the list, but it doesn't.  My old 1010 shows up too, and is indicated as "ready," despite the fact that I removed it with Revo uninstaller!

Forgot to mention that the "correct" printer is the 3755 with the prefix "HP6376 . . . (HP 3700 series)." I was trying to use the one temporarily in use during WiFi setup.
