I changed the color ink cartridge and the printer has not been able to connect to printer since. I have turned printer, router, and modem off and on multiple times hoping a reset would work. wifi button just keeps blinking.

@mike2236, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your HP DeskJet Plus 4155 All-in-One Printer connection issue!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
It sounds like your HP DeskJet Plus 4155 is having trouble reconnecting to Wi-Fi after replacing the color ink cartridge. The blinking Wi-Fi light indicates that the printer is not connected to a network. Here are some steps to resolve the issue:
Restart Everything Again (in Order)
- Turn off your printer, router, and computer.
- Wait 60 seconds, then turn on the router and wait for it to fully initialize.
- Turn on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
Reset the Printer’s Network Settings
- Press and hold the Wireless (Wi-Fi) button and the Cancel (X) button on the printer for 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi light starts blinking.
- This resets the network settings and puts the printer in setup mode.
Reconnect the Printer to Wi-Fi
If using HP Smart App:
- Open the HP Smart App on your computer or phone.
- Click Add a Printer and follow the prompts to reconnect.
If using WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup):
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on your printer until it starts blinking faster.
- Press the WPS button on your router and wait for the connection to establish.
Check for Firmware Updates
- Go to HP Software & Driver Downloads and install any firmware updates available for your printer.
If the issue persists, let me know what happens after trying these steps! 😊
Take care, and have an amazing day!
