Product: HP DeskJet 4133e All-in-One Printer

Hi Folks, My 4133e printer will not connect to my computer. When connecting the printer, I enter the PIN# and am immediately told:  "Times up.  Your printer quit working.  Try adding it again." When I try to add, same thing happens again and again.  Without connecting to the network, can't use the Instant Ink plan or free cartridge.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
