Laserjet Pro M148
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello.  The Laserjet Pro M148 printer is not connecting to wifi or the ethernet cable.  The wireless network test report stated the wireless radio is turned off.  I can't turn the wireless radio back on, and when I go to the wireless menu and turn wireless back on, it reverts to off.  So, I reset printer to factory settings.  This did not fix the problem.  The printer gave me a "49 service error - turn off then on"   No luck with that.  Printer was purchased in 2019 and is just out of warranty.  Please - any suggestions other than the trash.

Thank you.
