Product: HP OfficeJet 5740 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

officejet 5740 will not print from iMac, will print from iPad and iPhone. i have tried everything suggested by hp. I have removed and reinstalled the printer, reset the printer program. Printer shows that is connected to network, computer shows that it is connected to network. computer shows the printer is installed but idle and offline. I am thinking that maybe a 15lb hammer will connect it to something!
