Hi @maybehammertime,

Please find the remaining steps below.

6. Check for Network Configuration Issues:

  • Verify IP Address:
    • Print a network configuration page from the printer’s control panel to check its IP address and ensure it’s correctly connected to the network.
  • Check for Conflicts:
    • Ensure that there are no IP address conflicts with other devices on your network.

7. Reset Network Settings:

  • Factory Reset Network Settings:
    • On the printer’s control panel, go to Setup > Network Setup > Restore Network Defaults to reset network settings. Then, try reconnecting to the Wi-Fi network.

8. Troubleshoot Driver Issues:

  • Driver Troubleshooter:
    • On Windows, use the built-in printer troubleshooter to identify and resolve driver issues.
    • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Printer and follow the prompts.

9. Check Security Settings:

  • Firewall/Security Software:
    • Ensure that your firewall or security software is not blocking the printer from accessing the network. You may need to add an exception for the printer or temporarily disable the firewall to test the connection.

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the issues with connecting your HP Smart Tank 7301 All-in-One printer to the internet and address any driver-related errors.

If you’ve tried all the above steps and are still experiencing issues, contact HP Support for further assistance.
