Product: Officejet 8610

I changed my cartridges.. But they are original HP cartridges now I get printer failure… and and it is stuck at this point it will not turn off… I have tried on plugging the cord.. etc.

 I cannot access the home menu and I cannot access the support menu to reset the printer…

 It is stuck in the initializing mode..

I understand that your printer is stuck in the initialization mode, I am glad to assist you.
