Hi,
I just had a new ISP (century link) installed yesterday. Everything in the house can connect to the new wireless network except our 9010 printer. The network doesn't show up at all in the wireless setup, nor does typing its name in and searching work.
I hooked the printer up via usb cable and tried to have the smart app connect the printer to the wifi and that failed to in the connecting to the network stage as well.
I haven't seen much in the way of settings I could fiddle with on the printer for wifi and so far I've tried switching the wireless channel and the various 802.11 standards its compatible with. None of that has made a difference.
The printer still sees and connects correctly to our old wireless network which is still running. Its a 5ghz one as well.
Any ideas?

Hi @BenjaminLe,
I'd like to help!
Let's try and convert USB to wireless and check if the printer connects to the network-
HP Smart app: On the app home screen, look for a Make printing easier by connecting your printer wirelessly message at the top of the window. If it displays, click Learn More to start the guided conversion.
Figure : Set up the printer wirelessly in HP Smart
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Print the wireless test report and share the results
1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, touch (the Wireless button), and then touch ( Settings ).
2. Touch Print Reports.
3. Touch Wireless Test Report.
Keep me posted!
