Hi,
My internet provider has to reset my router and since that moment, I can't access to restore settings on my printer. I can't connect it to my network. Can you please help me with that.

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer after a router reset, there are several steps you can take to restore your settings and reconnect your printer to your network. Follow these steps:
Power Cycle the Printer:
- Turn off your printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait for about 30 seconds.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
Restore Network Settings on the Printer:
- On the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, then touch the Setup icon (gear icon).
- Touch Network Setup or Network.
- Touch Restore Network Settings or Restore Network Defaults.
Reconnect the Printer to Your Network:
- On the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, then touch the Wireless icon.
- Touch the Setup icon (gear icon), then touch Network Setup or Wireless Settings.
- Touch Wireless Setup Wizard.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to select your network and enter your Wi-Fi password.
Reinstall Printer Software:
- Ensure your computer is connected to the same network as your printer.
- Go to the HP support website and download the latest drivers and software for your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e.
- Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions to add your printer to your network.
Assign a Static IP Address (Optional but Recommended):
- Access your router settings by entering the router’s IP address in a web browser.
- Locate the DHCP settings and assign a static IP address to your printer. This helps in maintaining a stable connection.
Print Network Configuration Page:
- On the printer control panel, touch the Wireless icon.
- Touch the Settings icon, then touch Print Reports.
- Touch Network Configuration Page to print the report. This page can provide useful information about your printer’s network settings.
