Hello, the solution states "If MAC address filtering is enabled on your router you should disable it. If you would like to keep it enabled, you must first add the MAC address of your device (shown above) to the list of permitted devices for you wireless router before continuing. " , How do i find this list and add the MAC address? ive tried config and going through all settings i cant find my router page

Welcome to the HP Community --
The "solution" is the result a troubleshooting algorithm designed to guess what might be causing the printer to refuse connection.
If you are using MAC address filtering, in general, you'd know about it -- MAC address filtering and the associated manual IP assignment is configured on your router.
Many routers offer some form of IP / MAC address manual / static assignment setup though it is perhaps not named "filtering" in your router settings.
General Example -- Your router is likely different -- router configurations vary almost as much as do router types...
Router_Address_Reservation_1
Regardless, the guess is perhaps worth consideration -- Assigning a manual / static IP address to your devices can help eliminate connection issues. True, too, that if you use this method to define and manage your connected devices, keeping that list up to date is crucial -- the router won't automatically know when you make changes to static / reserved information.
