I can’t get my printer to hook up to the WiFi. It says I need to add MAC address to printer and I don’t understand how.

Just to clarify, when does this message appear? Are you trying to connect the printer to a new WiFi network, or has it suddenly stopped working? Also, is your router using MAC address filtering? If so, you may need to add the printer’s MAC address to the router’s allowed list.
