Administrator pin not recognised on my HP Envy 6032

Hi all, I am try to reset my power setting on my HP envy 6032,  I go to the advance setting page and states locked by administrator, So I enter pin and states incorrect pin. Any ideas? Your help would be appreciated.

I'd like to help!

I understand the printer is locked with an administrator password.

We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue

To restore the printer to the original factory defaults

• 1. Lift the cartridge access door to expose the cartridge area.
• 2. While the cartridge access door is open, press and hold (the Power button) and Wireless button on the back of the printer for three seconds.
