Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After an initial EWS admin password change (as recommended by the application), the admin user was forced to re-login. The login does not work any more with changed or old password. I would like to access the EWS application and login so I would need the information how to restore default (factory) settings on the EWS application. Could that information be shared?
