Hi @Rbreen

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If all the lights on your Dealer 2700E printer are flashing and you're unable to connect to the internet, here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

Power Cycle the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for about 5 minutes. Plug it back in and turn it on.

Check Network Connection:

  • Ensure that the printer is properly connected to your network. If you're using Wi-Fi, make sure it’s within range of the router. If it's wired, check the Ethernet cable connection.

Reset Network Settings:

  • If you can access the printer's settings, look for an option to reset the network settings. This may help if there are any misconfigurations.

Check for Error Codes:

  • Sometimes, flashing lights indicate specific error codes. Refer to the printer's manual or the manufacturer's website to see if there’s a guide to what the flashing lights mean.

Firmware Update:

  • If possible, check if there are any firmware updates available for the printer that might address connectivity issues.

Router Settings:

  • Ensure that your router is functioning properly and that there are no restrictions (like MAC address filtering) preventing the printer from connecting.

Try Connecting to a Different Network:

  • If feasible, try connecting the printer to a different Wi-Fi network to see if the issue persists.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
