Product: HP Envy 5030
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Alle Möglichkeiten bereits versucht.

Drucker verliert die Verbindung, ist inaktiv, Druckaufträge bleiben hängen.

Drucker neu installiert, zurückgesetzt, gelöscht am Computer/Neustart Drucker und Computer /wieder hinzugefügt - dann funktioniert es und bei der nächsten Nutzung des Computers wieder selbe Fehlermeldung (inaktiv).

WLAN funktioniert

Diagnose und Korrekturfunktion über HP Smart: Meldung: Problem mit Drucker-Offline-Betrieb nicht behoben.

All options already tried.
Printer loses connection, is inactive, print jobs get stuck.
Printer reinstalled, reset, deleted on the computer / restart printer and computer / added again - then it works and the same error message the next time the computer is used (inactive).
WiFi works
Diagnostics and correction function via HP Smart: Message: Problem with printer offline operation not resolved.
