- Ensure that both your printer and mobile device have a strong Wi-Fi signal. If you have numerous Wi-Fi points or wireless devices nearby, they could be causing interference.
Steps to Troubleshoot
Restart Devices:
- Restart both your printer and your mobile device to refresh their connection.
Enable Bluetooth:
- Ensure Bluetooth is turned on for your mobile device as it helps in discovering printers.
Enable Location Services:
