It is asking for a password to log into the Wi-Fi for my printer but don’t have it

Welcome to the HP Support Community

 

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP DeskJet 2720e All-In-One Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

To assist better:

  • Are you trying to connect the printer to using Wireless Direct?
  • Is it asking for a PIN Number?

While you respond to that, you may click on the information button (i) and it will print the wireless password 

 

If it is asking for a PIN, please open the ink access area and you will be able to see the PIN
